Question: How do I insert a graphic image (picture) into my account using WYSIWYG?
Answer:
Display graphics using WYSIWYG editor
You can insert any graphic into any page in your wiki. In WYSIWYG mode, you use the Insert Image button. In markup or XML mode you can use an HTML image tag.
1. When you click Edit Page from your work area, JotSpot opens the editor assigned to you in your Preferences page. You can switch editing modes at any time. Whatever your default mode, you can click the Edit Page in WYSIWYG edit mode.
2. Click Insert Image in your WYSIWYG editor's toolbar:
3. Click "Browse" to select an image from your local file system. Click on the file name, and then click the "Upload" button to upload it to your wiki:
NOTE: The dialog shown below will display all your images by default. Click "Show All Available Images" to select from images already in your wiki. You may select an existing image from the gallery simply by clicking on it and ensuring that it appears in the thumbnail area at the bottom of the window.
4. When you have selected the image you'd like to add to the page, click the "Insert This Image" button:
You can take advantage of JotSpot's ability to display graphics attached to other pages in your wiki. For instance, consider creating a central page to store graphics you will display on multiple pages elsewhere. These could include company logos, product images, family pictures or other items that will be re-used.
