Question: How do I install JotSpot applications?
Answer:
Only the admin user account can install applications.
Version 2.5
1. Log into your JotSpot account using the "admin" user name and password.
2. Select the application you want to install from our Application Gallery. You can get to our Application Gallery by clicking the "Install applications" link. This link is located in the sidebar under "Applications."
3. Click the "Install Now" button.
4. Confirm you want to install the application.
Version 2.3
1. Log into your JotSpot account using the "admin" user name and password.
2. Select the application you want to install from our Application Gallery. You can get to our Application Gallery by clicking the "Browse Application Gallery" link. This link is located in the toolbar under "Installed Applications."
3. Click the "Install Now" button.
4. Confirm you want to install the application.
