Create page titles for easier search
Topic: edit wiki pages using mark-up codes that will be translated by JotSpot when you save your page.
1. Create wiki word names that include the type or purpose of the page in the title:
Examples: EditPagesDoc, TitlePageTipsDoc, MyProjectOutline, MyProjectSchedule, TeamOneSchedule
2. When you search for page(s), enter its type in the Search box at the upper right of your work area.
3. JotSpot will list documents that share the same type - saving you from having to scan a long list.
Another tip: you might want to create a special page where you make a list of the different page types for ready reference by you and fellow team members.
We are using the word 'type' here conversationally, not technically. JotSpot itself sees nothing 'special' about the text for page titles (except that WikiWords have each word capitalized).
We want to rely on the nature of search engines, which will retrieve documents based on similar pieces of text.
