Reuse graphics across your wiki
Topic: collect together graphics on a wiki page that can be organized conveniently for display throughout your wiki.
1. Consider which graphics your team, project or idea could re-use across multiple pages of your wiki. (For instance, corporate logos, product photographs, blueprints, sketches, whiteboarding, etc.)
2. Create a new wiki page for use as a category that collects together a group of related graphics files. You might want to title the page so it can be easily found in the Index or Recent Changes (for instance, ProductGraphics where you use the word Graphics as a common word for this type of wiki page). The content of that page could include descriptions of the category, the common task(s) and/or additional information on the graphics that will be attached.
3. Attach the graphics which map appropriately to this graphical page category (again, for instance, a set of product logo graphics).
4. Display any of these graphics as needed on other pages of the wiki.
We are using the word 'category' here conversationally, not technically. Unlike many blogging tools, JotSpot does not provide direct support for categories. Of course, you (or your team's application developers) can add this feature to your pages using JotScript.
