JotSpot provides lightweight application templates to help manage recruiting, help desks, tasks, a company directory and more.

Because these applications are regular JotSpot wiki pages, if you want to modify them to meet a specific need, go right ahead. Modifying an application is about as easy as modifying a regular wiki page.

1. Log into your account as the admin user. Currently, only the admin account can install applications.

2. In the right hand Toolbar, click the "+" next to Installed Applications.

3. Select "Browse Application Gallery".

4. Install any application into your JotSpot wiki by choosing "Install Now".

5. Applications you install appear in the right hand Toolbar.

6. To remove applications, select "Manage Packages" and click "Remove".
