Find indexed wiki pages
Topic: use the wiki's index to locate and retrieve either pages or attachments by alphabetical order.
1. Click the Index link at the bottom of your JotSpot page work area:
2. JotSpot displays by default a list of all wiki pages in alphabetical order:
Note: Only pages saved with an alphabetical letter are linked. The list shown above could not find any page titles beginning with the letter 'Z'. Page titles which begin with a number, a bracket or other non-alphabetic character are listed first under the '#' pound key heading.
3. Clicking the 'C' alphabetic link in the list above displays all page titles beginning with that character, listed in their alphabetical order:
Note: Page comments and attachments are also listed.
4. Choosing the 'Attachments' link for the Index (see the screen shot in step 2. above) will display only attached graphics or other files that you uploaded to your wiki:
Note: while the page index also contains graphic attachments, this specialized attachments index includes the attachments as well as links to the page to which they are attached.
Over time, JotSpot may add additional filters to the index (beyond 'pages' and 'attachments'), making this an even more useful way to browse all the pages in your wiki.
