| Summary (short description): | Cannot make wiki guest accessible. |

| Bug Description: | Was signed in as admin. Went to "Global Settings" using pull down menu. Clicked the "change settings" button. All I got was a page / form that allowed me to vary who could create new accounts. Nothing that made the wiki guest accessible. Nothing that looked like "guest access privileges." Note: Got same result with Firefox |
