| Bug Description: | I am using the HelpDeskApp? and I am trying to send an email to a particular issue using the Issue4+<secret key>@konfer.jot.com and I am not seeing any sort of update or email appear and the message doesnt bounce either. |

I encountered a similar problem. It turned out that Jotspot doesn't handle anything but plain text email. Try sending an email as plain text and see if it's received OK.
