Summary (short description): Can not delete picture in company directory, picture is cached.
OS: WinXP
Browser: Internet Explorer
Bug Description: When uploaded an new image with the same name to change the picture in the company directory, it seems like the old picture is cached and can never be changed.
Steps to Reproduce: 1. Install Company Directory
2. Create user information
3. Upload picture using users name
4. Delete picture using Attachment tab below users info
5. Confirm deletion
6. Upload new picture with same name
7. Old image will re-appear

This turned out to be an Internet Explorer caching issue.

I am having a similar problem and using Firefox.  However, when I attach an image with the same name to a person in the company directory, the image shows attached at the bottom of the page, but is not loaded in the image frame next to the personal information.  I have deleted and readded image and even sized it to the same pixel size as the demo image.

I did make the mistake of adding the image with the wrong file name.  I deleted it and readded and cleared my browser cache.  The uploaded image still does not appear by the persona information.
