Dear Adam,
Thank you very much for your bug report though I am sorry you experienced this problem. Can you please let me know if you tried to access the Help.jot.com website directly? Currently, we require users to log into their JotSpot wiki first and then users can access Help. In the future, we intend to allow users to log into Help and Feedback / Customer Exchange directly.
