Site Permissions say that all registered users should be able to invite people to the site.

However, if anyone other than admin, types in an email address and clicks invite, then get on screen error "Error: email address, cannot be invited".

Have checked all permissions and can't see any reason. Please could you help as this won't work if the admin has to do all the inviting!
