| Bug Description: | When attempting to update an attachment, always displays the previous version even though that attachment has been deleted & replaced. I have tried to rename the file but this still does not work. |
| Steps to Reproduce: | 1) Add member
2) Save 3) Add attachment/ photo 4) Delete attachement/ photo 5) Browse to attach new photo 6) Go to preview & still displays old attachment |
