Browse users list
Topic: inspect the profiles of the named users in the wiki.
1. Click Add/Manage Users from JotSpot Actions in the More actions menu:
2. The User Management list displays registered users in a table with profile properties available for inspection.
You can click on the Username, Full Name and Create Time field links to sort a list of users in alphabetical (or recency of creation) order:
Note: Only an Administrator can delete users. The 'Delete this user' link that is clickable above will be grayed out unless you are an Administrator.
3. You can click on the name of any user to view their personal user preferences:
Note: you can normally view the user preferences of other named users in the wiki. However, you can only edit (change) your own user preferences, unless you are also the Administrator of the wiki.
Administrators may set page permissions so that user profiles are not visible. This could be a requirement for teams with higher security requirements.
The Administrator of a wiki always has authority to add new users. You are the Administrator of any wiki you have created in JotSpot.
If you are a registered user of a wiki, an Administrator may give you permission to add new users. This is done the same way that any page permission to create new subpages is added. Each new user added generates a subpage from the _Admin page path.
