Browse groups list
Topic: inspect and manage groups of users.
How To Do It:
1. Click Add/Manage Groups from JotSpot Actions in the More actions menu:
2. The Group Management page displays all groups currently defined. This wiki has a BedrockLtd group:
- Click the Group, Description and Created field link above to place them in alphabetical or recency order.
- Click on group member names to go to their personal wiki pages.
Note: Only Administrators can delete groups. If you are not an Administrator, the Delete this group link will be grayed out.
Tell Me More:
The Administrator of a wiki always has authority to add new groups. You are the Administrator of any wiki you have created in JotSpot.
If you are a registered user of a wiki, an Administrator may give you permission to add new groups. This is done the same way that any page permission to create new subpages is added. Each new user added generates a subpage from the _Admin page path.
