Attach documents to any page.
You can attach any type of file to any page in your JotSpot wiki. Attach a product specification to a product page, or a contract to a customer page, or a resume to a candidate's page.
You can use the attachment feature for lots of things:
- Knowledge management - create a valuable information archive.
- Everyone stays on the same page by having access to the latest version of a particular document.
- MS Word and MS Excel files are automatically indexed for search.
1. Click the Attach button.
2. To locate a file on your hard drive, click the browse button. Locate a file.
3. Enter a description of the file if you wish. Click the Upload Attachment button to (you guessed it) upload the attachment.
4. Attachments are filed at the bottom of the page to which they were attached.
